URGENT: I know someone who had their proof of income rejected on 27th Dec. She submitted a query and uploaded the supporting documents by 2nd Jan (took a few days to resolve the query).
The rejected doc is no longer showing up in the feed but the application status is still ‘Applied’.
Given that so many interview invites have already rolled out, what can we do to expedite this process (have already tried calling the support and Ketan). Will this application be pushed to R3 without any notification?
This feels like an extremely clunky process given how much these guys charge
