If it helps, the candidate I mentioned earlier had their status as 'Shortlisting in Progress' from the R2 deadline (when they submitted the application) until they received the interview invite yesterday.

ISB’s process isn’t always linear, and there have been cases where applicants see movement later than expected. Until you hear something official, don’t self-reject yourself.

I have applied on Dec 8 for R2. My application has been in Verified state since Dec 26th.

I understand that the status moves from Verified -> shortlisting in progress ->Interview->Admit.

So should I consider my case as a soft reject?

Any insight into this will be helpful for me.

^ small correction on my above message: The candidate I mentioned first had their status as ’Verified’, then it moved to ’Shortlisting in Progress’ and remained that way until they received the interview invite yesterday. This was for R2.

For those DM’ing me – I don’t have any further info or insights. I understand the wait can be anxious, but stay calm. You’ve done your part - now be patient and hang in there!

When you say for 'R2 interviews' do you mean there are more R2 interviews to be rolled out, or do you mean results of the R2 interviews?

Guys major update:

I said previously that results will be out by 13th, based on sources in the profile evaluation committee.

Now, Amit has texted on Linkedin saying By the end of this week, results for R2 shall be released.

I don’t know if ISB releases results on weekend. If not, then 14th is the Friday and can expect results by then.
