Hi
WA@kzx595,
No applying in R2 will not reduce your chances.
Academics is great with good marks throughout and B.Com in Computer Applications is a useful practical course that you have done.
Career wise, you already have been promoted within 2 years of work experience.
Extra Curricular are strong with leadership positions in college and outside.
What needs to be done - As you have already realized, the GMAT score needs to go up, especially at a lower experience, higher GMAT will be needed. So do target good GMAT score, bring out leadership quality in you in applications and you are good to go.
Best wishes

Hi
mansiiiiiii123,
You have lot of diversity points in your profile - Graduation in English Literature. Post graduation in Sustainable Development. Published Papers. good NGO work. Work experience in ESG. MBA colleges like anyone who brings different perspective, and you bring a LOT.
You have also worked in data analysis side along with experience of handling large scale trainings - adding leadership and analytics dimension to your profile.
The marks are not on higher side in academics, thats a very minor concern. Overall you should target anything above 645+ and you will be good.
Best wishes
