Academics are good, work experience presents a nice blend. I wouldn’t worry about a GMAT retake, the score is good. If you have the bandwidth and are sure of increasing the score, go for it. You have a good chance. The profile that you have mentioned is good. However, do note you have to make a good application (Essays) and Interviews. Please craft a good application. Hi agrotechpepper,
Definitely no need to reappear unless you believe there is still room to get higher score with few days of additional effort. This is a great GMAT score, you will not be in disadvantage because of GMAT, thats for sure.
Beyond shortlist, its mostly profile and interview that help you get through so not sure if GMAT improvement will add a lot of value.
The good things are - a) Limca Books Record holder- no many have this b) A published scientific paper - again, not many have it c) Rich operational, technical and data related work experience.
Really no major concerns, apply with good application. Best wishes.
