Having an Architecture and Urban Planning background definitely makes your profile unique. Scores are decent. Also, 4 yrs of work-ex puts you in good spot as far as tenure is concerned. For GRE, target 325+ in your second attempt. Also, you should be very clear about your short term and long term goals and how ISB fits into that picture. Bring out any extracurriculars to add more flavours to your profile. All the best!
