Hi PuruGaur, There should not be an issue in your shortlist to ISB. If interview is handled well, you will qualify.
GMAT, acads are all aligned to ISB requirements. The only issue is that software engineering is one of the most competitive pool. So "maybe" the GMAT "maybe" on slightly lower side.
The research side is strong and you can highlight this as an important component. NSS and NGO work is also good enough.

I’m planning to take the GMAT on first week of September. Will it be late if I start filling the application form of ISB after that?

Aeti you will be with very tight timelines. I will suggest you to start getting your essays ready on the side along with preparation or go for further rounds as essays hold a significant impact in shortlistings
