Great academics and Psychology UG is interesting. Amex is a valued brand and 3 promotions in 3.5 yrs also shows that you must have done a stellar work at your job. Make sure this aspect clearly comes out in your application. Side gig stuff is also a great dimension to talk about. Target 665+ in GMAT. All the very best! Although B.Tech CSE + SDE pool is extremely competitive, 7+ yrs of tenure gives you some upper hand. It would also be important for you to have clarity on your post MBA goals. ECs are better than most applicants and should be leveraged to the fullest. If you have confidence of bumping up your score upto 665+ then it might be worth re-taking GMAT, otherwise pour all your efforts in building a strong application. All the best! Great profile across all dimensions. Ensure to include learnings from your time in US and also be very clear about the reason for transitioning from a very technical profile to a managerial one. Target 665+ for GMAT. Even if the ECs are average, please integrate them in your application to showcase your personality beyond academics and work. All the best!

Great academics and diverse work-ex in the automotive industry are a big plus. Knowing your post MBA goals and ECs would help in an objective assessment. If you see scope to improve your GMAT score to 665+ then my strong recommendation would be to re-take the exam. If not, then utilise this time to bolster your application with unique aspects of your work and ECs. All the best!

Decent academics. Would be great to know the nature of your work at FinTech startup - that’s a booming domain so if you are able to showcase value creation, that would be a strong signal. Decent ECs as well to round up the profile. Aim for 675+ / 327+ for higher chances of shortlist. All the very best!
