Decent profile but a lot of competition exists from B.Tech cohort pursuing SDE roles so you will need to craft a stellar application that stands out. Make sure to leverage the learnings from your leadership experiences across college and firm to add more flavour to your profile. Target GMAT score of 675+. All the best!

Decent academics. Work-ex tenure is in sweet spot. Core engineering work is valued by the school. Some achievements and ECs add more weight to your candidature. Target GMAT score of 665+. You haven’t mentioned your post MBA goals so unable to comment on that. Wishing you the best!

Excellent academics. SRCC and IB strategy background helps. Your ECs and goals aren’t mentioned so can’t evaluate that. But as a general thumb rule for applicants with 2-3 yrs work-ex, target a slightly higher score than the class median. So 685+ should be ideal. Wish you the best! Hi All, wanted a quick profile evaluation.
10th - 10 CGPA
12th - 91.23%
UG - BBA from Christ University (rated #1 in India for BBA) - 9.08/10 - First class with distinction. Been an active part of multiple ECs during college - Theatre, organizing committee (been the OC lead during college), social activities, etc.
GMAT FE - 665
Work ex - 4year 3months (4y10m by 31st march 26) with a Big 4 in consulting. 2 promotions in 3 years (fast-track). Been managing a large team of 20+ and leading the largest account in service line for about a year now. Been involved in all behind the scenes firm work from proposals to project economics, client negotiations etc. in addition to client delivery. Formally don’t have reportees but handle the performance reviews for all resource on my engagement.
