Got rejected from Rice. Here’s what happened: 1. Submitted app on deadline day, LOR came a week late 2. Radio silence until Dec 2 - they asked for official GRE scores (I’d only sent PDF 🤦) 3. Sent scores immediately, followed up with recruiter, never got an interview 4. Rejection email arrived Honestly not sure my application got proper consideration given the timing. Thoughts?

I am submitting it in R2. Wanted to ask this.. Is it ok if I provide my recommendor's personal mail ID for submitting LORs. My ols company had a strict IT policy, and the link might not work or cause an alarm to the IT Team. If yes, do I need to mail AdCom explaining this along before deadlinestoo
