Hello Nikhil,
I submitted my application on 15th October, pretty much the last day
I got my interview invite on 24th October asking to set up a call.
Based on mutual availability my interview was set on 28th October with Tyler Neal, a current student in their second year.
I was kind of amused to see I have been mapped to Tyler, both of us belonging to the LGBTQIA+ community and my profile being pro-LGBT. I don’t think that’s a coincidence though.
Tyler was friendly throughout and clarified it would be more of a conversation.
I will list out my questions:
1. Introduce yourself so that I may know you better.
2. Why Kelley School of Business?
3. What is your leadership style, and if not a leader than what role would you take?
4. Examples of organizational prowess that you have showed.
5. Community work (LGBT+NGO)
6. Example of a conflict and how you resolved it.
7. If you haven’t mentioned anything through your application or interview yet, please let us know.
8. Any questions that you have for me
The interview lasted about 45 minutes . I was asked to look out for a decision after a month or so.
