Thanks guys. It went ok I think. I could have been succinct in some of my responses.
The interview started differently from other interviews I had read. There was no "Tell me about yourself" kind of question to begin with. I had rigorously prepared for this question and was slightly taken aback when he started with a specific bullet-point in my resume.
The interviewer continuted to ask specific questions related to my achievements and interests that I had mentioned in my resume. But certain questions did pop up :"Why MBA, Why Now, Why Kellogg, How can you "uniquely" contribute to K, Leadership outside work, challenge at work, ideal qualities you like to see in a manager, Anything you want to add to adcom(optional)".
It lasted for 35 minutes with an extra 10 minutes for questions I asked my interviewer. The interviewer wrote down almost everything I said. He mentioned at the beginning of the interview that he had to report this to the school.
Hope you found this useful and Good luck if you have an interview coming up.
