Submitted Part II AND had my off-campus interview today. All in all, it went decently I guess. She didn't understand my work experience, and I kind of was caught off guard by some of specific questions about my roles. Though I think I conveyed my research and Why Kellogg pretty well.

Is it better to write my name and essay question number at the top (header) in my essays?

Submitted Round 2 today. Count me in. You don't need to write your name. The applyyourself system does it for (you'll see in the final PDF of your app). You should include the essay number and full essay question (Kellogg's instructions require it).
