Guys, so I just checked my status on the Kellogg website. It said that it was still waiting for confirmation of Part II. I received confirmation that the Kellogg admcom had received all the necessary components of my application in early October, but I called the Adcom office anyway just to check. The lady on the phone was nice, she immediately updated my status to the following.
All the required elements of your application are complete.
If your interview has been completed, the application has been submitted for review to the admissions committee. If your interview has not been conducted, the application will be submitted to the admissions committee upon completion of the interview. The next status check update will be the admission decision (Admit, Waitlist or Deny). When a decision has been rendered, the Office of Admissions will send you an email notifying you to check your status for your decision. Decisions will be released throughout the round, but the majority of decisions will be released during the last several weeks of the round.
But what she did say was that my application had JUST "moved into review for the admissions committe on the 8th" and that I "should get a decision by the R1 deadline of January 7th".
weird, right?

Got my admit last week but haven't been online. Took a much needed vacation to get my mind away from waiting for a response. I would strongly suggest this approach to those of you who have some PTO saved up.

Totally out of topic....maybe a business idea to sell to Adcom.
When you order Pizza from Domino's online, they immediately take you to a tracking meter, which shows the stage your pizza is in..Order Received -> Order processed -> In the oven -> Baking -> Packing -> Delivery...or some such thing.
Now, wouldn't it be wonderful if our applications had a meter like that? So that I know I have to worry only when my application is in the Delivery/Decision being documented and released stage?
Pardon my distraught mind...
