Hello, just got back from my interview (R2), and thought I'd type it up for future folks. It was pretty standard in terms of questions, and very conversational. He opened by saying that he was an advocate for my admission. I admitted I hadn't submitted my essays yet and wanted to learn more from him about Kellogg also.
Opened up with a description of himself, and he invited me to ask a question or two first about his experience.
Started off with a walk through of the resume and the focus was more on the transitions rather than what I did at each company/organization (except for my current company).
Question about leadership style.
Why MBA now?
Why Kellogg?
What do you want to do in the future?
If you get in, after graduation, what would your future classmates 1) say about you, and 2) say what you brought to the Kellogg experience.
Is there anything else you would like me to know, anything at all?
I asked him questions afterwards. Total time was ~45 min - 1 hr, although it was scheduled for 30 minutes. At the end he said that I did great on the interview and if I had any more questions about Kellogg, or about the application (but not about admissions) to just get in touch with him anytime. Overall I thought it was very positive, the only thing where I think I may have rambled a bit was the last question of whether there was anything else to include... hopefully I didn't screw myself, but otherwise I thought it was a good interview!
