Hey all,
I have a question about this essay question from Kellogg:
Describe your key leadership experiences and evaluate what leadership areas you hope to develop through your MBA experiences (600 word limit).
My initial strategy has been to talk about 2 key leadership situations, describe them in detail- challenges, objectives and results, and then talk about evaluation of areas I hope to develop. Doing the above is stretching the essay to beyond 850 words

Going any shorter than that is making my examples miss out on details.
I am now wondering if I should talk about only one key leadership example, and then about the evaluation part? Whats bothering me though is that Kellogg asks for "leadership experiences" and not a single example.
Maybe a better strategy would be to breifly talk about multiple leadership examples without going into much detail? Like maybe 150 words each about 2 examples?
I am wondering how you all tacked this essay question and still kept it within 600 words.... I really wish this was a 1000 word limit essay.
