I was WL in R1, haven’t heard back still, take it as a rejection?Are we still on waitlist then?
Same situation here. Not sure if they will send acceptances before Round 3 deposit deadline, which would be super late for international students for visa processing.
I really wish they send a rejection email and bring this to a close

Agreed! 5 months is a long time to wait. Based on past years intl students recd acceptances by mid may I really wish they send a rejection email and bring this to a close
