Should we send official score of GMAT or just mentioning the scores works for applications and we need to send the official score after getting admit ?

Hi everyone,

Quick question for R1/past admits - for the GMAT/GRE should we report just the highest composite score or scores from all previous attempts for Kellogg?

All schools seem to have slightly vague guidelines about this. Thank you in advance!

Hey, my two cents. I’d lean toward sending only your highest score rather than scores from all attempts. From what I understand, schools do have to report all the scores a candidate chooses to send, and those can factor into class averages. Because of that, they generally prefer one strong, clean score over multiple varying ones that pull the average down.

That said, don’t quote me on this. This is based on what I’ve picked up through conversations and research, not something I can point to as an official policy. Just something worth keeping in mind.

I don’t think you can do composite scoring for any of the schools

I meant highest score from a single sitting

if u thinking they will say “oh wow this person is so consistent— they kept on giving multiple trials for that best score which will bump our average globally” sorry they dont reward persistence in multiple trial alteast in this section.
