Hmm I don't think mine were back to back. After a question, it would go to a page where you clicked "Next" whenever you were ready.

Don't even remember there being a timer in that page

I think that was only for the practise rounds. In the actual one, it would automatically go to the next question for me

I would suggest just to take it like any other conversation, only short and crisp. They will be relevant since it’ll be a part of the overall application. But the topics are nothing out of the world. Just prepare a few scenarios in advance and have them ready. Rest just be relaxed and explain the story like you would to your friend.
A lot of people have shared their questions so I don’t think there’s anything new that can come up.
