As far as I know, LBS generally sends out decisions late afternoon, 5pm or so. Does anyone know what was the pattern in R1?

Got rejected after interview. I'm disappointed in the result but honestly surprised I even made it this far. LBS was my reach school.

I got rejected after interview, too. Surprised in that I thought I would be waitlisted. My score wasn't great but the rest of my application I felt pretty strongly about.

Waitlisted. To be honest I had a horrendous interview experience. The interview started with giving me all the possible questions and I was asked to prepare one of them. I panicked and spent more time debating which one to pick than preparing. Afterwards the whole interview felt like a doctor’s appointment. I would answer and my interviewer would make notes, but no verbal feedback of any form.

Interview period: mid-April to early May 2019
Admission decision sent on: 22 May 2019

and all of them on that day? Wondering what you mean by sending all the invites the same day; trying to establish if they ever send them out prior to official deadline

It appears they send all the decisions out at once on the decision dates, not prior to. This is my understanding based on how they just handled the R2 admission decisions on March 28th and the R2 interview decision on February 5th

I was expecting LBS to send out their decision by 23:30 (GMT + 0) and will probably wait till the very end before I react emotionally to any news :D


I'm basing that timing from the statement on LBS' website that
"All Admissions Committee decisions are communicated via email and will be sent on the relevant deadline day by 23:30 UK time."

Good luck to all R3 applicants!! I'm anxiously awaiting for my results too. But with 2 rejections already, I'm not keeping my hopes too high :D
