Hello, I’m a London Business School Alumni and Interviewer. As the co-founder of UniAdvise, I’ve helped 6+ get into LBS for 2024 intake (4+ into HEC, 7+ into LSE, 3+ into INSEAD) via personalised study abroad consulting. The interview is expected to go on for 45 mins to 1.5 hours. LBS tries to match you with an interviewer with a profile very similar to yours. The aim is to understand how well aligned you are with the values that LBS holds. @ilCanbDosIt ­- LBS MBA interviews are conducted by LBS MBA alumni, and last for 1-2 hours (sometimes more). The interview covers an in-depth discussion of your application. Alumni are mapped based on factors such as your location, career path and availability. The key values that LBS looks for in the interviews are your:

  • Authenticity
  • Communication skills
  • Leadership potential
  • Confidence
  • Team player mentality
  • International outlook
  • Social consciousness
  • Career goals
  • Knowledge of LBS and their offerings
