I got rejection however sharing my profile if it helps! Indian, Female, 745 GMAT Focus, 4.0 GPA, Originally from Ahmedabad-India, Living in London, Attended 3 events in person including a tester lecture, promoted at my two full-time jobs in about 18 months, Hold a UK visa, worked in fabrication industry and digital consulting in project management, target role : Product Manager in Technology, networked with alumni who followed the same path...... I do not mean to disappoint but just want to share that you shouldn’t scrutinise yourself too much because how you fare depends a lot on the other applicants in the pool and what sort of diversity they are looking for as well

You have a really competitive profile in my honest opinion.
Especially your GMAT score.
Also, the fact that you networked is important.
Maybe the essays need to be more refined?
I am saying this from my personal experience
I couldn't clear INSEAD's R1 intake (pre interview stage) even though I had pretty much the same profile for my LBS application. I took feedback from a lot of students & institute alumni on my previous essays & incorporated that in my LBS essays and I could clearly identify that my Insead essays were not upto par.
So, I would strongly urge you to review your essays.
Please don't be disheartened,
I can understand how painful it might feel in the short term but as mentioned, I really feel you have a competitive profile for a top
MBA admit.
Best of luck.
