People basically inferred this because MSB started calling people 2 days before the deadline.

Yeah the notification date for R1 this year was December 20, but people got calls starting December 18.

Edit: So yeah its clearly possible that they call today, but definitely not guaranteed.

Don't think it's happening today. MSB should've already started called international candidates if they were releasing decisions.

For what its worth, in 2014 R2 calls started coming in around 12:51pm EST (according to gmatclub) on March 18. - mcdonough-georgetown-class-of-2016-calling-all-applicants-151627-300.html#p1345903

Not sure what he meant, but about 50% of R2 applicants on GMAT Club last year got in.

Edit: oh no one got a Scholarship, you mean? Gotcha. Where'd you see that?

Just got a call from a 202 number. It was a spam call from some shady health department claiming I won something...

How timely! My heart was racing when I saw the area code... Gotta wait a couple more days I guess.
