I had my interview on the 23rd...I'm guessing they were delayed in the admission process...when do you guys think I can expect a decision? Application status says awaiting interview.

Even I had my interview on 23rd. The interviewer said the adcom will meet on friday to discuss. We can expect a decision today and if not then definitely next week.

Lol, i wish i had the courage to withdraw my application from Other schools and make room for other candidates. I really wish the people who get into Harvard will hurriedly withdraw their applications from other schools to make room for us under 700 GMAT crew

Hi All,

I just got accepted into Mendoza...but am unsure about accepting the offer..since they offered no scholarship.

The primary reason being:

I am interested in equity investment and portfolio management, however, i did not find the school is strong in these.
Can anybody share his/her viewpoints on the same.

I think the truth is you can not easily get into private equity (without past experience).
Most private equity firms recruit from the wharton, hbs, stanford and mostly M7. i heard only 2% of people in Tuck can land a job.
They usually advice you go into IB post MBA and then veer into private equity later on.
it also has alot to do with your personal effort towards networking.
