Hello all, please what’s your thoughts on a recommender using personal email for recommendation. The person isn’t really comfortable using professional email due to office policy and politics kinda

My recommender had the same issue. I made my recommender speak to someone in the office who had already made recommendations previously and that worked. Find a way to convince your recommender that it's safe to do so.

From what I know based on their website, they expect only one recommendation

If you worked with the alum in supervisory capacity, you can choose to pick that alum as your recommender

Hi guys, the Ross application instructions mention creating the resume with 1 inch margins. Can anyone tell me if this must and would be taken as a negative if not adhered to?

Hello, I have one year experience with with a workplace but I didn’t really do anything tangible there... more of a clerk role before I got my first proper job in a big 4. Would it make sense to not include it on my resume? I can’t even reach people there for recommendations so I don’t want to add it. Just in case the school wants to go verifying and all that. Although I do not want to include this on my resume

I believe it is not a problem. When I applied last year, I remember I excluded the recommendation and asked the recommender to submit it again.

If my recommender has submitted the LOR by mistake, and it was still a draft. Can I exclude him and add him again and then submit a fresh one?
From what I found online, this can be done

That’s interesting.... I guess you technically have not submitted the application... you can always try.

You can also message the school in case it doesn’t work. Their admin staff will be happy to help if they’re not overwhelmed. This won’t have an impact on your application really.
