No no. If that is the case they wont give you 5 days to submit the documents if indeed something is missing.

And in general, adcoms are transparent in this regard. If there are any such issues, they will let you know, if not sending the required details then the application will be pushed to round 2, etc... Till you haven’t received any official mail like this you are good to go.

A few yes but majority no:

HBS - ding straight away
Booth - interview invite received last week
Darden - interview invite received last week

Stanford - nothing yet, but invites are still going out until November 4th
Wharton - nothing yet, expecting feedback on 27th October
MIT - nothing yet, expecting feedback on 27th-28th October
Berkeley - nothing yet, but expecting feedback to start rolling out later this week
Ross - nothing yet, of course we are all expecting feedback this week

Fuqua - interviewed during open interview for R1, no feedback expected until December
