Thanks CyberC1 for the information! Hope they're honest about their friendliness toward reapplicants. I'm reapplying and completely changing my essays. Hope that'll give me a better shot this time.

One more thing, I read from a transcript from 2002 that the admit rate for reapplicants to MIT was 48%. Again, old information but certainly telling.

I'm sure that number has changed significantly. I ran across this article claiming acceptance rates are down substantially across the board, though the source for those #s is not given. I can't imagine MIT is anything above 20%. Which is unfortunate, 'cause I'm another re-app here myself. Toss me into the rollcall boys, here's to hoping I'm a statistic!

No, that's how it's supposed to be. Ross was the same way. They have a resume, so they don't really gain much information from the employment portion of the application. I like it.
