Yes I have already clicked that and filled in some information, but only basic information can be filled in. After you have filled in your basic information, they will send you "Nice to Meet You" email (as per attached), then there is no specific instruction regarding the next step of the application process anymore. The link "Explore MIT Sloan" and "Register for an Event" just directly go to its website https://mitsloan.mit.edu/. Any advice?

In the page where they let you put in your basic information, they have a link in text saying “please log in here.” You should press that link to get into the login page. Then you use the email and password you already submitted to log in.
