Quick question here...

In the waitlist FAQ it says "The best way to demonstrate your interest
is by uploading appropriate supplemental information via the application status page. "

Does that mean visiting the school is not recommended (or is only helpful on the margin) ?

I don't think they mean that although Stern encourages people to find and rectify their weaknesses themselves, you have to keep showing your interest to them. I think visiting the school can be a good idea but just don't try to sell yourself again once you are there. In my opinion you can go talk to MBA 1's and 2's and whatever experiences you gain or any instance that deepens your interest in the school, you can comeback and mention that in an essay which you write to the committee. That's just my opinion hope it helps.
