Realized I posted this in an earlier year's thread so reposting here:

Just got waitlisted. Really bummed out. I thought I had a great interview (on 3/8). Was going for equity research, so something different from IB / Consulting /Tech. Have CFA. Just really disappointed.

7 days ago I uploaded an update letter to Stern via the Waitlist Update Form. However, on my Applicant Status Portal, there is no indication that my form was received. Is something supposed to show up or was I supposed to receive an email acknowledging that the form was received?

I was waitlisted after interview in March, and have since submitted two updates.

This morning when I checked the Applicant Status Portal, it had changed from yesterday after looking the same since March. It went back to saying "Thank you for interviewing with NYU Stern" and removed the option for me to submit updates via the Waitlist Update Form.

Does anyone know if this indicates a decision will be rendered to me today? Still haven't gotten an email and the decision still says waitlisted.
