I have a gmat score (old edition) of 710. 49Q and 38V. Is it fine for Said school assuming other part of the profile is decent?

Or should I consider giving again? any thoughts?

A GMAT score of 710 is considered competitive for Oxford . Assuming the other parts of your profile are decent, such as relevant work experience, leadership roles, and a strong academic background.

I have a work experience of around 5 years. I work as a navigating officer in merchant navy (chemical tankers). I have led and been part of multicultural and diverse team across the globe. I got a GMAT Focus Edition score of 645 (89th percentile). Should I retake GMAT? I am really skeptical about applying with such average scores.

yes I got 675 twice and 685 once in my mock

Will it be:
1. Competency based Qn #1 - Video Based Answer
2. Competency based Qn #2 - Video Based Answer
3. Essay #1 - Written

1 and 2 will be same for everyone, while 3 will be different
