It took me three weeks (2 to 3 hours a day) and I made it to interview. For some, it might be little less and for others it might be a bit more. If it’s first of your applications then it might take a bit of time. All of this depends on how well you can write and whether you are seeking any help from a consultant or a friend.

Hi everyone, is it ok that the second reference/recommendation letter is significantly shorter? This will just be from a more senior colleague so he told me he wont be able to write as much as my immediate supervisor.
