For March 18th deadline, April 3rd is the deadline to receive all the supporting docs. So, in short, yes, Mine was considered for March 18th itself, as I initiated the application in march and submitted with all supporting docs by April 3rd.

What scholarship did they offer? Do they cover living expenses.
