on one side it sucks some sure shots havent gotten invites yet but i think it is better in batches than some other schools where they trickle bit by bit at random days. At least people dont need to frantically check like every day like i am doing for other schools...
Wow, looks like the interview invites have started trickling out. I can definitely relate to what you all must be going through, as I went through the exact same thing last year. As a current student at Ross, I'd like to congratulate all of you who received invites, and I wish the rest who are still waiting to hear the best of luck.
Also, as a side note, it is fall break this week at Ross, so I wouldn't expect too much activity.

I agree. I was thinking the same thing yesterday. I felt like yesterday sucked, while I was refreshing the forum, my email, and my application. But, by the end of the day, I knew that I could stop the nutty behavior and move on. That is so much better than wondering every single day if today is the day I get the email. I have been through that sort of day-to-day thing with other things, like my CPA tests and my CFE results, and it sucked eggs. It was utter madness.
I had applied for R1 and have not received a Interview call yet. I was shuffling between this forum and my in-box the whole day yesterday.
Ironically I have received 3 generic mails from Ross in the last 24 hours and none of them related to my application. One mail was about 'On campus recruitment drive', one was for 'Application tips and class offerings' and one was about the net impact event.
Every time I saw a mail from 'Ross MBA' I think I have skipped about 5 heart beats. . I felt I was riding one of those scary rides in six flags. High a moment ago and my hopes comes crashing again. But this is all fun and I am looking forward to the 12 Nov list.
Best of luck folks. Just hang in there.

Hey Spartan, seems like we're in the same boat. I also received emails yesterday. What a burst of adrenaline...followed by frustration. Oh well. I'm looking forward to the next batch.
Also, I really really REALLY need to focus on finishing the essays for the other schools' November 1 deadline. Now that I don't have to wonder about the Ross invites I can concentrate a little more and finish polishing these darn things.
I am a R1 applicant too! I was wondering whether the first interview list invitees submitted their application earlier than late submitters like us or is it random!
why is time going so slowly? and why do i always check this forum like i'm going to learn something new between now and November 12? Anyone else with me?
trust me, you're not the only one. I check my emails at least 10 times (between 8am-5pm), even though I know that nothing "should" come out until days later....sigh...
