I am a re-applicant and did not get an invite. Hoping to get one on Nov 12th.

for off campus you can do phone or alum. For alum they basically have open dates and you select one and you use the interview system to send msgs back and forth with the alum (guess to protect privacy) to setup a time. It looks like one alum is available on each day and only one block since the time is not fixed.

No...It just seems like they would want an official transcript at some point. Seems like a lot of schools get them at the interview.

If I remember correctly, I sent mine in with my deposit after I was accepted. And if it's not mentioned in the invite e-mail I wouldn't worry about it.
