I stopped in at Zingerman's for dinner and dessert next door on my interview and it was delicious! I have heard from current students that Maize and Blue Deli is closer to Ross, less expensive, and you get more food. However, the quality is slightly less than that of Zingerman's.

Method is right though--too much food talk too close to lunch is killing me!

Did any Indians receive invites in R2? I did not see any....? Also did anyone receive interview invites post wave 3? My application was not complete by the deadline and was completed only on the 7th of feb. But Soojin's blog states that interviews are done with.

Does anybody know the admission rate for all interviewees? I'm in China. My alumni interviewer told me that this year the number of interviewees is greater than those of previous years.

Indian R2 applicant here. Got an interview invite on Feb 10 which was the 3rd wave of R2 interview calls. Had my interview with an alumnus in Delhi this morning. Was a nice experience. Fingers crossed now.

Does it reflect poorly if I didn't attend the Ross Consortium/BBSA event last weekend? I had my interview around Jan.22nd,...i wanted to attend but I just didn't have the resources. I know its not compulsory but I'm wondering if that will have any bearing, especially considering I expressed interest in BBSA not only in the application but also the interview. I'm wondering if it may impact my application decision.

In her interview with Poets and Quants earlier this year, Soojin mentioned that roughly ~70% of those interviewed are admitted.

The stats on the front page of this thread give some sort of indication how GMAT Club members fared in R1 as well.

Not everyone has the time or resources to make every event, and adcom knows this. If you went to the event, great. If not, I wouldn't really worry about it.

I don't think it is HireRight this year. I can't remember the name off the top of my head, but I'm pretty sure it is a different company.

Is it Kroll? I haven't started but that is the standard and I thought that is what they all used.

You find out on the same time. I was told on the phone call and I also received a letter in the packet Ross sends out. Also I got some money from Tauber that was not mentioned on the phone call. A nice surprise.

haha yeah my obnoxious avatar (it made the acceptances feel real to be honest) still stands. I have to admit I'm leaning towards Michigan but I refuse to say no to Tepper. I really like both for very different reasons and I cannot decide which reasons are more important to me... so basically, the avatar lives on

Fellows,

I was one of those whose documents were missing by the deadline of R2.
They let me know of that on 23 January 2012. I completed the missing documents on 25, and they confirmed the completeness on 26 January.

Given the fact that the last wave of applications was on 10 February and the interviews were all conducted to be finished last week, do I still stand a chance ?

I e-mailed them about this situation and received the following response:

Round two applicants will receive decision notifications on March 15, 2012. At this point, there are no updates we can provide.

I think it is a ding, right ?
