any idea about the percentage of students who get admitted after interivews?
There was an interview with Soojin (can't find the link) where she said around 70% of those interviewed are admitted. That makes sense, given that they interview a little over half the candidates and then lose some of their "accepts" who don't matriculate.
Now, that 70% will include people who are interviewed, waitlisted, then later accepted. As you can tell from this thread, Michigan doesn't seem afraid to keep a number of candidates on the waitlist and then accept them in large numbers.
