I'm going to be in Chicago (from Europe) for Kellogg. So i'm thinking of making the trek down to Ross. The saturday for the event fits in perfectly with my schedule. But I'm also apprenhensive as I'm not a woman. Any guys thinking of attending?

I'm a guy and I'm going to the Saturday event. I'm actually really looking forward to getting a female perspective on the business school experience.

I am in the same boat. I am debating about going on Feb 4th since it is a women focused event. Also you can do pretty much everything on any other day including visiting a class and talking to current students.

Hey, Can someone confirm if for the off campus interviews the interviewer has only the resume. If my understanding is correct it's only the CV we upload that he has access to..otherwise its a blind interview.

It's an alumnus..since it's offcampus..atleast the mail i sent was to an alumnus.

I got the invite too...R1 applicant..a 100 day wait after submitting...wtf! ..my off campus interviewer alumnus has not responded till now...will wait for another 2-3 days and then contact the admissions team...good luck all...any idea about the percentage of students who get admitted after interivews?

I did off campus interview in R1 with an alum and she has access to resume only. It'll most likely be an alum (or probably an adcom in rare cases) for off-campus interview. And as long as the interviewers are alums (off campus) or MBA2s (on campus), I think they can only see your resume.

Hi, Anyone with info on approximately what % of the batch gets a scholarship...and any idea what the average amount is.

There was an interview with Soojin (can't find the link) where she said around 70% of those interviewed are admitted. That makes sense, given that they interview a little over half the candidates and then lose some of their "accepts" who don't matriculate. Now, that 70% will include people who are interviewed, waitlisted, then later accepted. As you can tell from this thread, Michigan doesn't seem afraid to keep a number of candidates on the waitlist and then accept them in large numbers.
