I checked on Clearadmit Livewire. One person has already gotten an interview invite...this waiting process seems so torturous 😵💫

How are the invites positioned? Do the ones who submitted earlier get it first?

I saw that - I think the individual was conflating interview invite with the GSB's general email announcement on next steps.

It's honestly a black box from what I've seen... I would assume it's up to the discretion of the adcom member(s) who review your doc so it may truly be random

Yes, I agree. After reading a few posts on the GMATClub, it has become clear to me that a lot of people don't understand what an interview invite email actually looks like. Any communication from the school is perceived as either an invite or a ding!
