I applied in Round3 - waitlisted without interview. I'm not sure about my chances - given that I was not even interviewed. Should I be hopefull at all ? Does, Tepper waitlist a lot of candidates ?

Round 4 applicant... interview invitation sent out last Friday (4/26), last day of interview is 5/10...

I was waitlisted in R1 and remain on the WL. I can't tell if anyone has been admitted off the WL in any rounds.

I'm not sure how many applicants are wait listed but historically it looks like that Tepper admits more than 10% of it's class off the wait-list. https://tepper.cmu.edu/mba/admissions/cm ... index.aspx

Guys, I m also in waitlist. Any idea how big is the pool and how they evaluate the pool for any vacant spot. Thanks Sudhanshu

There was a Business Week article a few months ago and someone from Tepper was quoted as saying that last year they only admitted 16% of people on the wait list. If 10% of a class of 200 gets admitted from the waitlist and those are the 16% then the math tells me that there are roughly 125 people on the Tepper waitlist. I don't think that the odds are actually very good.
