It depends on the B-school's flexibility, how busy the admissions office is, if you have submitted the rest of your application, and how promptly you communicate this with the adcom.

Write an email to the adcom, explaining that your recommender will submit 3-4 days late due to [reasonable reason, if there is one]. Attach any documentation if relevant. Showing proactive communication helps. If they agree, and after the recommender submits, email admissions for confirmation. Good luck!

You can self-report your GMAT/GRE score when filling out the application. Later, you must have the official score sent from the testing agency to the school(they validate it). Your application is considered “complete” only after the official scores are received by them. So, ensure the official score is sent from the test agency to the school in time to complete your application. Good luck!

For the latest updates, it's always best to check with the adcom via email.

since we are suppposed to send officals scores, how does one send score of their previous GRE attempt ?
