I've been lurking around this forum for a few weeks now, and I wanted to post my experience as well.
I submitted my app at the beginning of November, interviewed in Austin at the beginning of December, and received my offer of admission about two weeks later (before the holiday).
Very excited about the admit, and the process wasn't too long. I waited about 3-4 weeks to conduct my interview (since I wanted to do it on campus). With rolling admissions, try to book your interview as soon as possible - from what one ambassador told me, applications cannot be fully reviewed until your file is complete.

Mine was like that for about 2 weeks before it changed over. Just be patient.
