I think everyone on here has already interviewed with the exception of bigdre(?) and yourself. Could be due to international status. I promise the wait AFTER the interview is just as bad...

I haven't been interviewed yet. :-) Am also international. Getting my national butt kicked at the Olympics and crying myself to sleep every night. What's a UT rejection compared to four years of shame until Sochi 2014????

I got an invite this morning. I applied for the 1/15 deadline, but only realized last week that they were missing my official undergrad transcripts. After frantically overnighting them, they arrived at McCombs last Friday, my status check showed complete on Monday and I got my interview invite this morning.

Hm. I also didn't realize I had to mail my official transcripts (because all other schools told NOT to do it and had me upload scanned versions instead), but I figured it out on the deadline of 1/15, when I submitted my app. I FedExed my transcripts to them, they got it Monday the 18th. Application complete, under review, no further movement.

Last week I posted that, just using the people on this board, Friday has overwhelmingly been the popular day for admit calls. At the time I said... "of the 23 admits on this board who disclosed acceptance date, 13 came on a friday, 4 on Thurs, 3 on Monday and Tuesday, respectively.

I thought I was the only one w/o an invite yet! I am surprised, as I have been invited to interview at other schools in a similar ranking range. Perhaps my story (or weak undergrad grades) didn't resonate! Bummed, as I love UT, and think Austin would be an amazing town to live in for 2 yrs.

I'll be 4 years WE at matriculation... I'm an account manager at a corporate event planning firm, doing large conferences and sales meetings. Pretty non-traditional line of work. No MBAs in my company except one of the founders, who did a part-time MBA a long time ago.
