A list of all the questions I have complied so far

Video Assessment
Keep in mind that McCombs highly values adaptability/resilience, empathy/inclusivity and ambition, so don’t miss an opportunity to reinforce your personal brand and your fit with the school’s values.
1. Tell about yourself outside of your professional experience.
2. TMAT, when someone above you changed your plan at the last minute, how did you respond, and what was the outcome?
3. TMAT where someone’s voice or input wasn’t being heard. What did you do, and what was the result of the situation?
4. TMAT when you had to solve a complex problem that required a lot of information.
5. Short- and long-term goals and plans if those don’t work out?
6. Tell me about a time when there was a shy/introverted member in your team, how did you help them become more comfortable?
7. What are the most important qualities a leader should have according to you?
8. Tell us about a time you helped lead a project at work, how did the project turn out. What did you learn?
9. TMAT you overextended yourself and didn’t achieve all your commitments.
10. TMAT a team member was not being heard and how you went about it.
11. TMAT working with a team and had to consider multiple opinions to solve a problem? How did you prioritize them?
12. What has been the most difficult challenge you have faced so far?

What font size and line-spacing are you guys using for the essays ??
Because they didn’t explicitly mention anything

And also are you guys including the question as well ??

I didn’t include the question I just named the file my name_essay 1 or whatever they called it

I think I did 12 pt font double spaced like a normal essay since they didn’t have any criteria
