Sandy, I know you are trying to make a point/take a stand against Admissions but publishing ALL the questions and the grading grid would also accomplish your're goal and at the same time help some of us out.
So the whole 30-45minute interview will consist of ONLY 3 questions?

You're welcome, and I like your style, it does YOU no good to complain b.c. there is nothing you can about it, so just take advantage of all I am telling you, keep to your knitting, and even brown-nose the school for good karma. Have a good interview. Let me take on adcom b.c. that is good for me and my rebel/insider/savvy rep. Everyone is happy.
And you have a point, the number of cases which are likely to be flipped by this process are, oh, maybe 5 pct of poor bastards who never got the memo, and went in there loaded for Why Wharton, and could not jive on the spot.
All that said, not that you should care, but the process is flawed and unfair, since questions are leaking, etc --the only kids smarter than you are the ones who dont post at all, and just say, "Let Sandy be Sandy, and let the usual posters waste their time taking him on, while I glean the nuggets and feather my own nest." Of whom there are thousands.
