Just wanted to post that I got into Wharton off the summer waitlist on Thu, Jun 16. I was originally waitlisted in R2 and got a call from Ankur Kumar this afternoon at 4:45pm Philly time. I had totally given up hope by this point, but to those who have been waiting so far, miracles do happen. I live in the US but am an international student (non-US citizen/permanent resident). It's six weeks-ish to start of pre-term I think I should still have time to do the needful wrt paperwork.

Stats: 29/m/760/tech VC, Indian citizen. PM me if you have any further questions. I am pumped about having a chance to attend Wharton but I am most relieved about the closure. All the best to everyone still awaiting word.

It seems to me like a lot of people are still on the waitlist.... It seems odd to be waiting so long, especially since I'm sure the class is mostly filled.... let's hope we all hear soon! Best of luck everyone!

Ding here as well :(
The bitter end to a very long wait.
Congrats to everyone who made it (even though they aren't on this thread)
Cheers and so long...

I live in China and yesterday I had a missed call from oversea. I guess it maybe from school coz most of times I don't have international calls. However, this morning I got my ding notification. Does anyone have such experience that have a missed call from school and get ding letter later especially in the wait list status? Should school call back later? Thanks for any experience sharing.

I got my ding on July, 2nd.

It's a bitter end to an excruciating wait :(.

I am reapplying for Fall 2012 and has been preparing for the re-application for the last 3 months. Way to go!

still in - US citizen, on the WL since R1. I'd really love to get a sense of what the numbers are like now - the FB group has approximately 715 members, although it fluctuates, day to day. Assuming that a percentage of each class won't be on FB, there can't be many open spots right now. Best of luck, everyone!

I am a R2 WL and am still on the list. I think most people still are on, given how many of us there were at the beginning, but there is really no way to tell. Guess it will just be a wait until the 18th.
