I don't think that should be a problem. They will go with the final version that they have at the deadline.

does anyone have recommendors logging back in and making revisions on previous submitted LORs? just wanted to check if this isnt necessarily a red flag or anything
This is an excellent question, and one that I have often wondered about myself. I think they are relying on the recommenders to either do some research on Wharton, OR for the applicant to fill them in on what Wharton is looking for. Definitely ensure they talk about working well in teams, as Wharton has a very team-based and collaborative culture.
Hope that helps!

is there any link that talks about new LOR question? Especially the first prompt. I am not sure how can recommender know enough about wharton to let know how candidate can contrubute meaningfully

Hi! Wondering how consultants are supposed to answer Wharton’s organizational structure question ("How many employees do you supervise? Please explain this number briefly i.e. direct reports, matrix organization, dotted line")
At a Sr. Con/Manager level in a consulting team, any inputs for this question?

Trust the abilities of Wharton adcom. They also (should) know how the consulting world operates. Just state that ’direct reports vary from project to project, ranging from none to XXX)’. If you are indeed a supervisor to an analyst(s), you could quote that as well.
I’ve got an email from Wharton that reminds me of due date and complete your application message, even though I already submitted. Did you guys all get?
If your online account reads “Ready for Review”, your application has all the required materials, has been processed by the Operations Team, and has been forwarded to the Committee for review. If your online account reads “Materials Needed”
What is the chance of being admitted in Round 3 ? Would it be much lower than Round 1&2? I heard that is the case for Stanford but not sure for Wharton

This is the case for most schools, Round 3 is considerably more challenging. But its still possible
*by “decisions” I mean interview invites or declines without interview

Wharton also sent out an email about a week after the R1 app deadline clarifying what to expect in the coming weeks, including the interview decision process. So keep an eye out for that
I haven't tried but I heard from others that it's notoriously difficult to get anything more from wharton over what they've already given. Can't hurt to try but unlikely to succeed
