Is it possible for us to start our application right now for the next eyar
The application of officially will probably open in June but there’s a lot you can do now. Figure out the reason you probably didn’t get it. I think a ding analysis would be a worthwhile investment. Obviously figure out if the test score is competitive for your demographic /profile. Look into the recommendations - see if they will share those with you and identify some strong anecdotes that will help differentiate you from others - articulate what kind of problems you’re known for solving. There might be some slight change in the recommendation, but it’s unlikely. And then, for the essays, Wharton has always had some type of goals essay, so I think demonstrating a good fit between your goals, what Wharton has to offer, what your development needs are for an MBA would be something you could do right now. That involves some goals and school research so I actually urge you to do that now. And then for the contribution question - I don’t see that going anywhere. It might show up in a different form, but they will inevitably want to know what you bring to the table. What kind of experiences would be helpful to help shape their student lead organizations, all of that. And they look at your LinkedIn profile so working on that treat it like a personal webpage - ask for recommendations that support/match the claims you and your recommenders make about you.

Admitted after being waitlisted to Booth on Thursday. Emotional rollercoaster My admissions consultant told me that my first round performance (not so great) was due to my career decisions - i.e., not much room to improve applications. Decided to apply alone in second round and got into Wharton.
Do you feel that you shaped better essays without this person‘s guidance? What do you think was the difference? And congratulations.
