Is anyone aware of such a situation happening in past years where some folks got rejection mails, some got interview invites while some didn’t get either? Is there any precedence of this and if yes then what could it mean for those who haven’t received either yet?

Hi! I was in an admissions event last week and they said that they send invitations in a rolling basis and that they will sent most by the second week of november. Apart from that you will just get your decision on december, even if you don’t get invited to interview.
