Hey everyone!

I hope this message finds you well.

I’m reaching out as I recently decided not to pursue an MBA at this time. As a result, I have an unused subscription to Amerasia Consulting’s MBA admissions services (one of the best consultants for MBA abroad).

Website:
https://lnkd.in/g_8cRaJH

I understand these subscriptions can be quite expensive, and I’m hoping to find someone who might be interested in taking it over. The subscription includes guided help with the following:

1. Personal branding and school selection
2. Essays strategy and editing
3. Resume editing
4. Letters of recommendation guidance
5. Review of final submission package
6. School interaction guidance
7. Mock interview
8. Waitlist guidance

Please let me know if you’re interested or know someone who might be. I’m happy to provide more details about the subscription.

Thanks. Have a great day!

Sometimes the sequence of invitations does not make a lot of logical sense. You just have to believe 🤞

Guys, I am preparing for GMAT and want to apply for Round 2. How difficult is it to manage both and are there successful candidates who have done the same.

Also is AI usage acceptable in application essays or it needs to be 100% self written.
Need advice

The first page of the Yale SOM application explains their AI usage policy. You should just start an app to see it.

Essentially they say you can use it as a tool to better formulate your ideas, but using it to structure line for line or copy the output as your essay is not allowed. I’m assuming they’re using AI detection tools like many institutions do these days.

They said something along the lines of ‘we’d rather see your style and who you are through your writing with a few mistakes than a perfectly written essay that is void of your personality and style.’

Wharton’s approach of announcing a short list on a single, pre-determined date seems much better than the open-ended system of staggered invites. It spares you from the constant need to check your inbox every day.

That is a form of a test- testing your patience.

But staying prepared doesn’t hurt.

Let me know if you need any to prep for interviews or such

Totally.. Not complaining and definitely understand different schools tend to have different selection processes for a reason, but a prolonged waiting time knowing many others already got interview is quite a suffer.

Totally. I’m having one of my clients attend in-person events for R2 schools and study for GRE where he applied with waivers R1 to keep his mind focused on what he can control...new opportunities whether or not things go his way in R1. It’s really never a bad idea to consider how to repurpose R1 content for other schools. It’s all about getting a lot of exposure.
