Interesting - I figured Stern interview invites wouldn't come out until mid-Feb. Seems like there's no set date and it's done on a rolling basis.

Hoping to hear back soon on my R3 app.

Hello everyone. I applied R3 and had my interview on Tuesday and basically lasted 20 minutes. The adcom told me they would let me know the decision in 3 weeks. All the other schools I interviewed with told me I have to wait until March end for decision. Does NYU lets you know 3 weeks post interview about the decision?

I also applied to NYU in round 3. The status of my application in the portal is still the same -
"Your application is complete and currently under review with the Admissions Committee."

There is no specific deadline for NYU like Duke, IESE, IMD, etc. Since the last date for a decision is 2022-04-01, there is a long way to go. I am not sure which order NYU and some other schools send invites to the applicants. All we need is patience :)

You get an email, but some people reported having seen their interview invite in the portal before the email comes.

Yes, like Columbia's, Stern's invites come out on a rolling basis for all rounds. For example, I applied on the first days of September and got admitted by phone on December 16th.

I have a question for people who have applied in the round 3, So the deadline was on 15th of Jan. I have finished application and paid by 15th Jan as well, however my LOR's were finished by my manager on the 24th Jan. Does stern call it a complete application if the LOR's are submitted by the deadline date as well? Anyone who got an interview invite by applying on the date of deadline, could possibly answer if their LOR's were submitted later.

I submitted on the 15th and my LOR were sent about three days later. They did send an email saying the application wasn’t complete and this might delay my initial notification
