Any Indian managed to convert this waitlist to an admit by sharing other admit offers with Simon?
I don’t think they care about other offers . The reason they put someone on waitlist is because that person is not their priority . Sharing other offers should make no difference to them because you are not becoming a more attractive candidate by showing those offers . What can probably tilt the scale in your favor is a higher gmat score , a solid promotion or international exposure

I’ve already shared those updates with them - let’s see how they take it. I would be shocked if just a better GMAT score is the difference between an admit and a waitlist

I applied in R3 (Feb 15), got an interview invite April 19. I was given only 2 available interview days to choose from (April 24 or 25). It was kind of a surprise because decision day for R3 applicants was April 20. Did any R3 applicant experience the same thing?

Congratulations and all the best for your interview! Can you please share where you are from? And what is your profile like (GMAT/GRE scores, YoE, education background)?

Thanks for sharing the info. I don't have a big-enough sample size for arriving at this conclusion but I do sense a preference for people from finance backgrounds, which augurs great for you! All the best for your interview!

I received an interview invite, applied in R4 but I doubt if I would be able to get visa on time ?
Any idea if visa from India is doable if we get admitted in May end?

You can ask for a deferred admission for next year, if you are unable to get a visa in time

But they will demand a deposit to enroll. For next year I’ll have many other options with 740 GMAT.

please remember that scores are not everything. People have been dinged (everywhere) with 740 gmat. But round one you would have more options, regardless.

Considering the time left this year & options next year, would be advisable to wait for a year ?

I did my R5 interview last May 16 and the recruiter asked me for a five-minute call today. Is it a bad or good sign if it's just five minutes? Do they call for both accepted and rejected?

That means you're accepted, congratulations!
